Out Of Hades is a retro-style shoot 'em up.

Take on the role of Orpheus as he ventures into the underworld to rescue his beloved Eurydice from the clutches of Hades and Cerberus ! Get power-ups and blast your way to freedom through hordes of lost souls and mythical creatures ! And remember : protect Eurydice from harm while escorting her !

Out Of Hades is my first game ever, made for the Fireside Jam 2023 ! :) It's a very short little game, but I tried my best !

It was made with GameMaker Studio 2 and I made all code and assets (with lots of help from Youtube tutorials on the coding side :D) except for :

• Retro Gaming Font by Daymarius.
• The VST I used to make music : Soraboy by Shadowsora, IceCream VST by Cosmic Boy, T.Rex 64 by Max Project

All music was made using Reaper.

All art was made using Pixaki 3 and Aseprite.
